$SPX $DJIA Probable Ranges, Closes June 17, 2016
Probable Ranges & Closes for June 17, 2016:
Note: Due to a Windows 10 Update Blowing up our Office 2016 install, we were unable to calculate probable price ranges, closes for the past few days. After researching, calling Microsoft support and spending over an hour on the phone and much more, we finally figured out how to solve the problem. Not saying anything negative about Microsoft support - it was top notch. Our Office 2016 install was spectacularly screwed up. Like so many things, sometimes you just plug away at the problem until it's solved.
Note: Plain text tables have been included due to sizing issues on mobile devices

Please note, the techniques used to derive the probable ranges and closes above are experimental. None of this constitutes investment advice and is for information purposes only.
These probable ranges and closes are the end result of extensive reading, research and applied learning over the course of several years. Originally these numbers were calculated by hand. Afterwards they entered and calculated by spreadsheet. This process has now advanced to the point where with an end of day data refresh the spreadsheet calculates all of the numbers automatically.
The goal is twofold:
1) That the day's trading range fall within the low and high numbers;
2) The actual closing price fall within the +/- 1% Probable Close (PC) range
Taken by itself the above probable ranges and closes may or may not appear obviously useful. They are intended to be used in conjunction with whatever other methods and techniques an individual trader utilizes. They ought to be particularly useful when the probable range or close nears a safety stop a trader has set.
If you have any suggestions, comments, or testimonials on the usefulness of these probable ranges and closes please feel free to add them in the comments.
